4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. DolceLove is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or any unforeseen circumstances.
4A. Subscription Policy
By subscribing to receive monthly products from DolceLove, you agree to be billed automatically every 30 days based on your selected plan. Subscriptions will continue unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by contacting our 24/7 customer support. Cancellations only apply to future charges and do not affect any order that has already been processed.
Once a subscription renewal is billed and the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. For example, if your billing date is the 22nd of each month and you cancel afterward, that month’s order will still be shipped. The cancellation will apply before the next billing cycle.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to receive another shipment.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We do not offer refunds for opened or used products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Payments
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown during checkout. All payments must be completed before your order is processed. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
