Refund Policy

At DolceLove™, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed only if they haven’t shipped yet.

  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. A partial refund may be considered depending on the case.

  • To cancel an order, contact support@dolcelove.co as soon as possible.

2. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product (a consumable supplement), we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resend it or offer a full refund, no return required. Proof must be provided (see Section 4).

3. BOGO Offers & Cart Modifications

  • Buy One, Get One (BOGO) and other multi-item offers are applied automatically at checkout.

  • If you remove any items manually before checkout, the final order will reflect only the remaining quantity.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect orders caused by cart edits.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue.

  • We will resend the item or issue a full refund based on the situation.

5. Product Results Disclaimer

Our drinkable tan drops are designed to enhance tanning when taken daily and consistently. However, individual results may vary depending on melanin levels, skin type, and usage.

We do not issue refunds for claims such as:

  • “The product didn’t work”

  • “I didn’t get tan enough”

  • “I expected results faster”

Refunds are only provided if there is a proven product issue, not based on personal expectations or inconsistent usage.

6. Lost or Unreceived Orders

If your tracking shows “delivered”, we are not responsible for refunding or resending the item. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

If your package is not marked as delivered and hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate or resend the order.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent claims and chargebacks seriously. If you file a chargeback or dispute and we have valid proof (such as tracking, delivery confirmation, and communication records), we will submit all evidence to the payment provider.

By ordering from us, you agree to contact us first before initiating a dispute or chargeback.

8. Submitting a Refund Request

Our team reviews every request manually. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
