Your SMS info is shared only with partners needed to operate the messaging service. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

We also use cookies to trigger cart reminders when checkouts are left unfinished.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to reject chargebacks if:

  • Tracking proves it arrived at your address

  • You claim “not received” but delivery was verified

14. Subscription Policy

By subscribing to receive monthly products from us, you agree to be billed automatically every 30 days according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our 24/7 customer support. Cancellations apply to future charges only.

Once a subscription order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded. For example, if your billing date is the 22nd of each month and your payment is processed, that month’s order will be shipped. If you cancel afterward, the order will still be sent, and your cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles.

It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to receive another shipment.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will appear here with a new “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
