You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our 24/7 customer support. Cancellations apply to future charges only.
Once a subscription order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded. For example, if your billing date is the 22nd of each month and your payment is processed, that month’s order will be shipped. If you cancel afterward, the order will still be sent, and your cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles.
It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to receive another shipment.
